Nautilus, desirable design (c. 2021, 8mm)
Influenced by the work of photographer Andreas Feininger, "Mothlight" (1963) directed by Stan Brakhage, and the text of Immanuel Kant and G.W.F Hegel in relation to the philosophy of aesthetics, the main conceptual foundation to this film observes the sublime and resolved beauty found within nature when focusing on the organic and geometric shapes, lines, and textures found on a nautilus shell.
